Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Plumber Keperra ("we", "us", "our") collects through plumberkeperra.com.au, why we collect it and how we look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What We Collect

When you call or send an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the plumbing job.

When you browse plumberkeperra.com.au, some technical information is collected automatically, such as your device and browser type, the pages you visit and an approximate location based on your IP address.

How We Use It

We use your details to answer your enquiry, quote the job, book and complete the work, send invoices and job paperwork, and follow up afterwards. The technical information helps us keep the website working and see which pages are useful.

Who Else Sees It

A small number of service providers help us run the website and handle calls, including website hosting, analytics and call-tracking services. They use your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal information.

How We Protect It

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Only the people who need your details to quote or carry out your job can see them.

Your Choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Call (07) 3067 4274 or use the contact page and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one.
